CONGRATULATIONS TO CANTOR FITZGERALD - ROUND 2 WINNERS AT FOXHILLS GOLF
RESORT ON FRIDAY 29TH JUNE 2007

The second qualifying round took place on Friday 29th June at the
prestigious Foxhills Golf Resort in Surrey. Inspite of some tough weather
conditions, and a break in the action for just over an hour due heavy rain,
the event was a great success.

The sun eventually came out, play resumed and 1O teams battled it out, which
included golfers from HSBC, Cantor Fitzgerald, BGC Partners, Tradition UK,
Saxo Bank, Man Financial, Deutsche Bank, Tullet Prebon, Barclays, Citigroup,
Mapeley, Legal & General and Cheviot Asset Management.

Congratulations go to team 'Cantor Fitzgerald Europe' who were victorious on
the day with a very impressive 78 stableford points. The winning team
consisted of team captain Charlie Bett (Cantor Fitzgerald), Charles Francis
(CSFB), Mark Smith (Mapeley) and Vincent Spenceley (Jefferies).

Tullet Prebon, captained by James Hall finished second on 66 points and the
'Happy Hookers' captained by Keith Hall from Tradition UK finished in third
spot with 65 points.

All three teams have now qualified to play in The Grand Final on Friday 10th
August at The Grove in Hertfordshire, where the overall winning team will
lift The Banks and Brokers Golf Championship trophy and also receive the
superb prize of a trip to the exclusive Gloria Golf Resort in Turkey

Barry Buzer (Tullet Prebon) took first place in the "Tradition UK Longest
Drive Challenge" and David Franklin, (Hbos), was the winner of the "Nearest
the Pin Contest sponsored by Money Markets International".
