To apply to enter teams in The Banks and Brokers Golf Championship please complete the form below.

Please make sure you complete as many fields as possible, including the email details for all team members. If any of your team details are likely to change prior to the event dates, please contact us to inform us of these changes giving us at least one week's notice.

It is possible to enter teams at either or both of the qualifying rounds. If you are applying to enter the same team at both The Berkshire Golf Club and Woburn Golf Club please indicate so by ticking both venue boxes.

It should be noted that each individual, company or organisation may apply to enter up to 2 teams of 4 players at each of the 2 qualifying venues.

Entry fees are £750.00 (£881.25 inc vat) per team.
